Day 1

Hanoi – Mai Chau

Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel, then we depart for Hoa Binh province. It takes us 4 hours to get there.

Visit the local market and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Thung Khe Pass. Standing at the top of Thung Khe Pass, you can also contemplate the panoramic view of the valley below with the dreamy look of lively scenery. It can be said that this is one of the most beautiful sights in Hoa Binh province.

Around noon, have lunch in Mai Chau valley. Taste some signature dishes of the Thai ethnic minority. 

After lunch, we visit the real local Thai traditional Stilt House before cycling to the villages of the Thai Ethnic Minority. Weaving is one of the traditional things that Thai people still do today to earn for living. Their intricate and beautiful products are worth your money. 

Get to know more about the minority people by talking to them and they are more than happy to share stories with you.

Tonight you will stay at a homestay in Buoc village. 

Have dinner with specialties of Thai people.

Day 2

Mai Chau - Hanoi

Wake up and enjoy local breakfast, we start our journey with a local guide through common trails to witness the work of Mother Nature! Wonderful landscape, surrounded by splendid mountains, streams, hanging chain bridge and marvelous terrace rice fields. 

Sometimes, you may receive an unexpected heart-warming smile from a local. Enjoy the rest of the morning at your own leisure, or customize your own itinerary with Asia Private Travels. After lunch, say goodbye the beautiful Mai Chau. 

It is time to drive back to Hanoi, drop you off in the center. End of the tour.
