Sapa Freesia Hotel

Such a nice hotel with great facilities. The staff were so helpful, especially Chu who was very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious with so many choices! Had a great sleep in a comfortable bed. I hope to stay again!

This place is terrific! It was the ideal jumping-off point for our exploration of the many villages around Sapa. The staff was wonderful, the swimming pool delightful, the food delicious and the accommodations perfect. The big, unexpected bonus: We were given a room in which to relax and shower after our adventures for a few hours - entirely free of charge!!

Nice and clean hotel. It's a small walk to the center, but it's only about 800mtr. Since it's not in a busy street it's quite and the the walk to the center is past the lake which gives a nice view as well. The food is very good and he personnel is most kind. Definitely a recommendation is you're looking for a nice stay.

Stayed 1 night allowing for guided hikes to indigenous villages on both days 1 and 2. Good food was plentiful and varied. Nothing was too much trouble for reception and catering staff. Finally, a hotel in Vietnam with n English language TV news channel, France TV 24. Great bedroom view to mountains opposite and just a 3 minute walk to the lake and town beyond.

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights between 19-22 February Everything was perfect nice meals very good breakfast and hotel staffs always polite and with smily face They made you happy and comfortable stay Our room with lake and mountain view was so good also free tea and coffee you have and wifi I am glad we stayed Freesia hotel.

We stayed in Sapa for 2 days at Freesia hotel. I should stay we had the best time here. The host Sarah was very accommodating and humble. She helped us with itinerary for Sapa, helped with bike rentals and places to explore. She was the best. We would definitely come back again. Freesia is a worthful place to stay while u are in sapa. We were upgraded to this hotel due to the closure of our originally booked hotel because of the Covid-19 situation. From the minute we arrived, we were made to feel special. Alice on Reception was our go-to person for any information, trip bookings etc. She was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and it was great to have a restaurant on-site which served an excellent breakfast and a good range of meals throughout the day and evening. It was sad to see parts of the hotel, eg pool and gym, were closed because of the impact of the virus, but it wasn't an issue for us as we had plenty of activities to keep us occupied for our delightful 4-night stay.

Have to give these guys 110% even with the coronavirus they were amazingly helpful friendly and just gorgeous. Special thanks to the lady on reception who organized bikes etc for us and shower it was very much appreciated cannot speak any more highly of her. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Sapa.

We enjoyed our stay in the Freesia - efficient reception, efficient check out, a quiet, good, large room with comfortable mattress. The breakfast was good too. Except for the three steps up to the reception area it is perfect for wheelchair users. Within easy walking distance of the town center. Excellent value for money too.

Sapa freesia hotel is a very good hotel if everyone needs to travel to Sapa, you should visit once to experience the service there. Will not make everyone disappointed !!!!!!!!!
