BB Hotel

We stayed 2 nights, a very good location. Clean and very good service. We enjoyed our stay a lot! Very Good breakfast Also has rooftop bar Excellent location at the town center in front of the Sapa station.

We had wonderful weekend in here. BB hotel is in the heart of Sapa, near to the night market, square, stone church, ... Room was clean, comfortable and service was excellent. Ms Thu Thuy - our waitress was very careful, friendly, helpful and charming. Definitely return!

Arrived in Sapa after flying in from Hue. Checkin was easy and great. Unfortunately we had a front room which had great views to the center square but given there was a lot of construction we found it very noisy. Thomas managed to organize another room for us the next night which was greatly appreciated. We had a very relaxing night and enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed 2 days and 1 night in Sapa. While there we popped into BB express which is next door and part of the BB Hotel. A very clean place with a very friendly and obliging waitress named Phuong. My phone had gone flat and she offered me a charger to use. Phuong made us great coffee and the chef Dung made us a delicious pizza. In fact it was so good we had to have another coffee and pizza. Highly recommend this place to visit, thanks again 😊.

Stayed here for two nights as part of our tour of SE Asia. We arrived very early and had a warm welcome. Although our room was understandably not available we were offered an upgrade at minimal cost to a suite which was available. This was very welcome. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom spacious with a lovely shower and separate bath with lots of extras. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is fabulous with a wide range of quality western and Asian food on offer. Would highly recommend.

Having taken the train to Sapa and not getting much sleep, any hotel would have been a welcome sight but the BB was beautiful and right in the center of town. I stayed over New Years and their was a concert in the main square out side the hotel but I was so tired from the train, I passed out about 9. Lovely bathroom, nice and clean, great shower and lovely breakfast. The special New Years dinner was great too. The hotel is most definitely a welcome break in the train trip from Hanoi.

We come back sapa and stay at BB sapa in a sunny day. It a beautiful place and location. We all love this area and hotel design. We booked a trip to ylingho village and it was a really beautiful village, we met some minority girls on the way selling and we bough some gifts. Thanks for great staff and great foods as well. Thank Tom for taking care us. Happy new year Sam and friends.

really delicious egg coffee! stop in and say hello to Phuong. she makes a really great cup of egg coffee, is super nice and a good personality! certainly will make you smile! also the pizza is really yummy!

Super great hotel .. 4 star hotel. Great rooms, very clean and decent ... The restaurant was very beautiful and you have a feeling that you are in a luxury hotel. The staff was very helpfull however, I always wonder when im in Asia, the staff is always very bad at English despite a lot of the quests speak English ... However the stay was great and only a few meters from the train station .. The Hotel was very cheap despite it is a 4 star hotel ... I would decently go there again.
