the staff ere friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, the pool was refreshing after a day out and free transfers to the night markets were greatly appreciated

Very friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast, clean rooms and overall a very nice place. Good beds and excellent pillows. Quiet street. Free shuttle to city center and also to the airport. Excellent family restaurant next door, highly recommend.

Nice property. Good breakfast that also caters to outsiders, so the staff would "demand" (instead of asking politely) to know if you are staying in-house.

The staff make this place truly exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble here, all of the staff are very attentive without being intrusive. The choice at breakfast is excellent - Thai and european options are available every day including cereals, pasta, fresh fruit and pastries. Fresh made coffee and good quality tea are also available at breakfast as well as the standard ready made options. The location of the pool is good (not overlooked by all the rooms / screened by trees) and it is very clean. The free shuttle bus to the centre and to the airport are both excellent services.

All in all it was a very pleasant stay. The bedroom is very comfortable, clean and spacious. There is free water and beverages (juice and soft drink) every day. There is also light snacks in the reception, which you can serve yourself. They provide all kinds of services for your stay, like transfer for sightseeing, massage and free shuttle for the airport and bus station. They were so sweet they gave me a birthday cake as it was my birthday. I loved my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to whoever goes to Chiang Rai.

This hotel offers comfy rooms in a convenient location. The hotel is located at the heart of Chiang Rai. The room was spacious. The staff was friendly and the receptionist spoke a particularly good English. The hotel makes up for the condition of the rooms with small gifts and nice touches such as complimentary fruit and sweets, free shuttle to the night market and complimentary towels by the pool. Breakfast was good.

The pool area was great and very welcome after a day of sightseeing. Good location - just a short walk to a choice of restaurants and the walking market is just around the corner.

I loved my stay at Nak Nakara. The staff were delightful, the hotel was centrally located, and it was easy to get around, and the facilities were beautiful!! Would highly recommend!
