The staff were exemplary. I couldn't have asked for anything more. A lovely young lady from Mexico who worked the front desk went above and beyond to make my birthday weekend extra special. Had a beautiful meal. The chef, sent some extra treats to the table, and came by to say hello. Always a nice touch!

The location of the place might be out of the center but the tranquility and charm of the vastness of the place surrounded by water and nature is unbeatable. The staff is as friendly and helpful as you would imagine and the experience staying there is lasting. Five star all around.

Love the facilities, very spacious rooms and bathrooms with good amenities, the restaurant served good food, make sure you make a reservation, the hotel has a daily shuttle that can bring you downtown and back to the hotel but you have to make reservation one day before, its easy to do. Nice swimming pool. Clean rooms and friendly staff, they speak good english

Good location, about 10 mins taxi from airport to hotel. Great environment, next to the main river oh Chiang Rai, beautiful swimming pool. Comfortable and very clean guest room. All staff are helpful and provided a great service.
