Everything about this hotel is good .The only slightly negative comment I have is that the bacon was served cold at breakfast and so were the plates.

Superb resort with a good price /quality range. Verry coosy between a beautiful garden. The bungalows are top and very clean. The staff is professional and very friendly.. Typical of this resort the quality is very stable over the years so that's always a good sign. The breakfast is delicious a lot of Asian and western choices. This hotel is a typical travelgroups accommodations so most of the costumers arrive late in the afternoon and leave urly in the morning so Trough the day it's verry quiet and relaxing. We love it

Loved everything about this hotel! Convenient location not too far from the city centre with Tuktuks available at the entrance of hotel to help get to the city centre. Very clean, excellent service and beautiful hotel. Would stay at Laluna again if I visited Chiang Rai again

I loved the location and the staff were very accommodating. There was a very noisy music festival on when I was there so they kindly allowed me to move my room which helped. I enjoyed being by the pool and exploring in the afternoons.
