Nice hotel in a convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff, amazing views of Royal palace and Tonle Sap/Mekong river from the rooftop which also includes a pool and skybar. Good layout with plenty of seating and tables in foyer

Located opposite the central Phnom Penh area of the royal palace and up the road from the river in a wonderful old french inspired building. Clean large rooms, lovely staff, restaurant and facilities very good. Would stay again

I’m surprise this hotel does not have more raving reviews. I had a great experience staying at the Frangipani. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the staff was attentive and helpful. Complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious. Location is perfect, lots of tuk tuk drivers, restaurants, and street food vendors within walking distance. The 24 hours RS Mart is just down the block and a great to stock up on water and other necessities at a good price.

I was sent to this hotel by my travel agent. The staff were very pleasing.When I entered the room may wife and I were so surprised as it looked like a bridal suite. Everything was nice. On opening the window we were facing the royal palace and grounds. Unfortunately we were there for one night but we enjoyed it. Would recommend anyone visiting Cambodia

Good Location overlooking the the Royal Palace & walking distance to the River Front. Roof Top Bar / restaurant.. had various cocktails made which were very Good overlooking the rooftops. Staff were extremely helpful & very caring as I was travelling alone. Ensuring I was ok in the tuk tuk’s when out & about for sightseeing. Front desk team gave incredible Customer Service. My Room was very clean , I was upgraded to a room with a small balcony, which was very kind of the Assistant Front Desk Manager

We stayed in Frangipani Royal for two nights. This hotel is in a central location just across the street from The Royal Palace and Silver Palace. Also, it is up the block from the Sisowath Riverside and about 10 minutes walk to the night market. The staffs at Frangipani Royal were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we were given a welcome fruit drink and a damp towel to freshen up. The large comfortable room has up dated décor. The nice size bathroom was well lite. The beds and sheets were clean. We were on the third floor and it was quiet. The outdoor pool is on the top floor with a beautiful view of the Palaces and riverside. There is a 24-hour grocery store a few stores down from the hotel. There are many restaurants right outside of the hotel. The only disappointment is the air conditioner in our room did not work resulting discomfort during humid days/evenings. However, that is a minor issue in comparing what the rest of the hotel and neighborhood have to offer. Definitely, I will return to this hotel if I am in Phnom Penh again

A great location one block off of the River Street and right across from the Royal Palace. The national Museum is very close as well as many good restaurants and bars. You were able to walk along the river or take one of the many tuk-tuks that are around. The staff was very helpful and courteous you were greeted with a welcome drink and a cool towel to clean yourself with. Good morning breakfast was on the eighth floor with a view and was very good. Prices were reasonable and we would highly recommend this hotel

Stayed 2 nights as part of cycle trip.Good location overlooking the Royal Palace grounds.Comfortable room and good breakfast. Very nice roof top pool and bar with reasonable happy hour prices. Also very central for riverside area but beware of very heavy traffic in the city

We highly recommend this hotel! Not only is it in a great central location but the staff and hotel facilities are fantastic! Happy hour cocktails daily on the rooftop bar or a swim in the rooftop pool are a perfect way to relax after a busy day

The Customer service, the cleanliness and the location of this hotel was perfect. After staying in a few hotels in Cambodia over many years this hotel has to be in some of the best I have stayed. If I am to visit Phnom Penh again I certainly will consider this hotel and certainly recommend 

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to all the sights and restaurants. Wonderful rooftop bar with views over the city including the Royal Palace. Rooms were excellent and quite large, very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Super breakfast plenty of choice and very tasty

The Frangipani has a very good location right next to the royal palace and national museum. Good clean rooms, a rooftop bar and pool with a great view over the Mekong river and the city. The staff is so nice and really helpful
