The Frangipani Living Arts Hotel

This is the third time i've stayed at this lovely hotel. Staff is helpful. Location is excellent. Breakfast is best in the area. I am always welcomed here. The spa massages help heal the aches of long haul flying and are reasonably priced

Hotel is good value for money. Good location & very close to Russian Market. Buffet Breakfast provides wide selections. A couple of good restaurants and mini-marts are near around the hotel. Tuk Tuk can be found just a step out of the hotel. We booked twin rooms and they are very spacious. A balcony is a bonus for each room. We love their idea of placing basins in the room, not in the bathroom

Our group stayed at the Frangipani Living Arts Hotel for 8 days. We loved the location--walking distance to the Russian Market, restaurants. Easy tuk-tuk ride to just about anywhere else. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious. My only suggestion for improvement would be to install deadbolt locks on the room doors. Breakfast was wonderful every morning with a diverse buffet. Phnom Penh can be beastly hot, and the swimming pool was divine! I loved my stay, and would definitely stay again when in Phnom Penh

This Hotel is conveniently situated in a quiet residential street very near the Russian Market. The Russian Market is one block away from the Hotel and can be reached by a 5 minute walk. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are two swimming pools on the ground floor. Breakfast spread is good. Tuk Tuk ride to Town is always available at the entrance of the Hotel

We have been staying here as part of a tour we are with. The hotel is clean and the staff and super kind and helpful. The swimming pools are great for the kids. The rooftop spa is beautiful in the evening and kids could play in it while adilts took advantage of the amazing cocktails and views during happy hour. I would definately come here again as it is amazing value for money

Super friendly staff, with two great swimming pools, as well as a good breakfast. Close to a few good restaurants, as well as many options to arrange tours to the nearby tourist attractions. Very nice breakfast buffet and good service

Everything is just perfect: the location along the city, the swimming pool, the Hotel, the gorgeous breakfast, the very welcoming and professional staff and the staff was amazing and very helpful. Also with a lovely pool

This hotel is away from the more touristy bar areas (although a nice Aussie run bar one street (135) along. Lots of businesses for probably slightly better off locals, but really interesting to wander around for that reason and it feels very safe and slightly less hassled as a tourist. Well located for the excellent Russian Market (again more for the locals but also things for travellers) and the Genocide Museum. The hotel itself has a lovely feeling and some very good facilities. Breakfast here was one of the best. Supper wasn't shoddy either

I loved the location of this- it was in the expat area not the tourist area, and so glad I stayed here. There are lots of great coffee shops, restaurants and bars nearby, where I met expats who had interesting stories. From the info package in the room it looks like the hotel is ethical, employing and upskilling staff from rural areas. The staff were helpful, and there were even computers in the lobby

It was a great experience with my friends to have dinner on top skybar of this beautiful hotel, it’s my first time to know here. I got a good service and tasty foods, also great with the a good view from the building
