Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam. On arrival in the morning, meet our driver from Asia Private Travels at the airport for the transfer to the Hanoi hotel. 

Lunch and dinner are on your account. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2

Hanoi City Tour (B/L) – Group Tour

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

8:00 – 8:30 AM: A tour guide and bus will pick you up from your hotel and begin your city tour to experience Hanoi.

08:45 AM: Visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, the final resting place of Ho Chi Minh - Vietnam's great father, often known as Uncle Ho. You will see his embalmed body, listen to documentary tapes, and then walk around the yard to see the two houses where he lived and worked during the time of revolutionary activities to help Vietnam gain independence

Then visit One Pillar Pagoda which worships the Goddess of Mercy – It is a unique pagoda that no tourist misses on a Hanoi tour.

10:15 AM: Visit the Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the cultures of 54 ethnic groups living throughout Vietnam.

Special Note: The Vietnamese Women's Museum is our alternative as the Vietnam Ethnology Museum is closed on Mondays.

12:30-12:45 PM:  Lunch at our restaurant. You get the opportunity to try authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Vegetarian meals are available.

1:30 PM: Visit the Tran Quoc Pagoda, which is located on Golden Fish Island in West Lake. It is Hanoi's oldest pagoda, established in the sixth century. 

2:30 PM: Continue to see the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university. The Temple of Literature (Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam) is one of Northern Vietnam's most popular tourist attractions. The Temple of Literature was established around 1070.

3:30 PM: Continue to Hoa Lo Prison, which was built by the French between 1886 and 1901 while Vietnam was still part of French Indochina. The French named the prison Maison Centrale. It then was dubbed "A Hell on Earth" and is currently used as a war museum for those who are interested in the Vietnamese people's battle against France.

4:30 PM: Our bus will take you back to the hotel.

Day 3

Hanoi - Bus to Sapa - Cat Cat Village (B) – Private Tour

06.30 AM: A shared Limousine bus will pick you up to transfer to Sapa. It may take around 5.5 – 6 hours to reach the hotel in Sapa.

3:00 PM: Start a visit to Cat Cat Village down in Muong Hoa Valley. Enjoy the stunning views of the picturesque valley towards Fansipan—the highest peak in Vietnam and Indochina.

Trek through the villages of the Black H’mong ethnic minority to learn the way people weave and embroider their clothes, and keep going down to enjoy colorful rice paddy fields and the interesting waterfall. Trek back to Sapa.

Day 4

Sapa - Love Waterfall - Bus back to Hanoi (B) – Private Tour

8:30 AM: This morning, a 40-minute drive takes you to Tram Ton Pass at the height of 2047 meters above sea level (the highest pass in Vietnam) where visitors can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lush woods of Hoang Lien National Park. From there, you will walk 30 minutes through the forest.

Along the walk, there are numerous opportunities to see wildflowers. Trekking along the creek, you will come to the Love Waterfall. It is the best place to relax in Sa Pa, then return Tram Ton and drive back to Sa Pa. If you want to travel more off-beaten track places in Sapa, extend your stay by customizing your trip with us!

Hanoi - Halong Bay Cruise (B/L/D)

11:30 – 12:00 AM: Arrive Tuan Chau Harbor.
