  • You will be picked up from your hotel by an Asia Private Travels tour guide and a driver to kick off your exploration of Yangon City.

    The Yangon Day Tour will take you to the downtown area, where you will see the architecture of the colonial structures in the historical old capital. During the Yangon City Tour, the tour guide will provide you with insight into the history of the unique Burmese designs and their functions.

    The next stop in Yangon to continue our bus tour will be the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda. It is a golden pagoda located on the top of Singuttara Hill, surrounded by a stunning landscape. According to popular belief, the pagoda houses Buddha's hair relics from 2500 years ago. Today, the pagoda is considered one of the most breathtaking religious architectures in the world and is the pride of Myanmar. Let’s get on a this active tour and see this pagoda with your own eyes!

    Afterward, you will travel to a local restaurant or Chinatown for dinner (expenses are yours) before heading to the highway bus station to catch the night bus to Bagan.

    Upon your arrival at 6 a.m. in Bagan, you will be picked up from the bus station to begin your Bagan City Tour to the bustling Nyaung U Market in Old Bagan.

    From there, you will visit the gold leaf-adorned Shwezigon Pagoda and immerse yourself in Burmese Buddhist traditions. A walk to the Ananda Temple will follow, with a stop at Bagan Field to view the surrounding temples on the way. The Ananda Temple is cruciform in shape and boasts many terraces leading up to a small pagoda adorned with an hti, a typical feature of most pagodas in Myanmar.

    Next on the Yangon To Bagan Tour – 4-Day Adventure: Bus Transfer is to Bagan-Manuha Temple. Constructed in 1067 by captive Mon King Manuha, the rectangular two-story building features an image of Buddha entering Nirvana and three images of seated Buddhas.     After being picked up from your hotel at 8:30 a.m., we'll continue the 4-day adventure from Yangon to Bagan by a bus transfer with a visit to several attractions, such as monuments and temples. One of these temples is the Dhammayangyi Temple, which was built during the dynasty of King Narathu and is considered the largest temple in Bagan.

    Another stop on the 4-day Yangon To Bagan Tour Adventure: Bus Transfer is the Htilominlo Temple, which boasts a height of 46 meters with three stories made of red brick. It's also famous for its intricate plaster moldings and features four Buddhas facing different directions on the first floor.
