Lenid Hotel Tho Nhuom

I had a great stay at the Lenid this past summer. Very clean, amazingly friendly staff, cold AC, and perfect location. Not too loud or busy but close enough to the Old Quarter that you can walk or take a bus to the tourist sites. The staff at Lenid made me feel very welcome and safe as a solo traveler! Would definitely stay there again the next time I am in Hanoi.

This is my third stay at LeNid Hanoi Hotel Tho Nhuom, and I am so impressed by the consistently excellent customer service by all staff members with whom I interact. The facility is clean - rooms, hallways, elevators, lobby, dining room - comfortable, and bright. The breakfast staff is great. This hotel is a most excellent value, and so close and convenient in central Hanoi. Having said all that, the best aspect of LeNid Hanoi Hotel Tho Nhuom is the service, and it makes me feel most welcome.

I stayed with my friends in this Hotel in the beginning of March. It was a great experience because of excellent service, great amenities and wonderful location. The staff working there was always ready to assist in any issue and any time. Everything is clear and comfortable. Moreover, near hotel you can find anything you need.

I and with my group 40 pax stay here for three night, this hotel room very nice and clean, staff very friendly and humble, good service, breakfast food also not bad, I will come again with my group. Totally I recommend this hotel.

We have just stayed here this past few days. Found the staff polite, and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, comfortable and quiet! We ate there both morning and night, food was excellent as well as priced right! Thank you for such a lovely time.

Great service!! Awesome variety and fresh food for breakfast . Fabulous door staff. Clean , very comfortable , no problems with anything. Loved it. When we come back to Vietnam  we will definitely come here.

Very nice hotel with old world charm Very comfortable bed and bedding. Hotel staff very nice and friendly I would stay here again...but there's no reason to go back to Hanoi. The only place to see is Big Ho's tomb and that take about 5-minutes. And the guards look at you .....like you are terrorists. Do yourself a favor and skip Hanoi and head to one of their many beaches.

Rooms are in nominal rent.The hotel is equipped with required facilities. Reachable distance to all purchasing places.You can witness lot of restaurants nearby. The staff are quite Co operating and upkeep and maintenance is neat and clean.

Hotel is in a good location – about a 800 meters walk from the hanoi Lake The room have a separate seating area and well equipped ( Flat screen TV, King size bed ,minibar and tea/coffee making facilities are). Nice decorated room also with beautiful city views or large window. Peace full Place. Well maintaining and cooperative staff. The restaurant food is very tasty.

Second time visit in this hotel, I am preferred to say when ever visiting Hanoi. Best facilities in a budget price. Reception was kind, caring and all had good English and staff is very helpful. Nice decorated room also with beautiful city views or large window. Peace full Place.
