Halong Plaza Hotel

We had a nice, big and clean room with a great view of the SunWheel giant wheel on the opposite side. The service was good and the breakfast buffet was very rich and delicious. Very friendly, competent and helpful staff at the reception.

The hotel was very good, clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast has a wide choice of dishes. We had a great time. Perfect for families with children. This will be our choice for next time.

We stayed in the hotel just one night and was really good and confortable. One night is enough cuZ there’s no much to do in the area. The room was spacious and clean. The four seanson restaurant downstairs have a good breakfast as well.

The room was very spacious! We had a good and comfortable rest after the 3 hr ride from Hanoi airport. Good breakfast and accommodating staff! Front desk people assisted us in booking our tours and transfers. Will definitely come back!!!! Two thumbs up! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Keep it up!

Overall was super and great location, half day Halong bay tour was good. Hotel’s bar was fun for us. Our bridge view room was beautiful because we could watch the bridge at night. Wine at bar was good. Reception tung, Tuan and Hong were friendly.

The menu had varieties ranging from Local delights,Japanese favourites to hamburgers. The ambience in the restaraunt was classy and elegant! Was never disappointed. Service of the staff equally great! Kudos to everyone.

We had three nights at this well positioned hotel with spectacular views across to the cable car, bridge and Ferris wheel ! We were upgraded due to the area being very quiet at this time of year and because many tourists have been put off taking breaks to this amazing place . Usually it’s busier and during the summer it’s heaving but we managed to attend all the sites we wanted accept sunworld main theme park was closed . The mystic mountain was open and we had fun ! The hotel room was like an apartment and very big , fantastic views from all the windows including the bathroom .we enjoyed lavishing in comfort for a few days . The food was good and the staff very attentative . The pool was having a refUrb but my son used the gym and we had room service which was excellent . Highly recommended !

Very nice hotel, highly recommend of staying. The location is closed by all the attractions and great seafood restaurants. The bathroom is clean and as America standard. They have rooms that have ocean view, which also see the bridge that is lighten up every night (I got somw pictures to show view from the room). The AC is not too strong but acceptable. Ha Long weather is usually cooler than Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh city, so weaker AC is tolerated. The only down side (to me personally) is, apart from the room’s cost, they also take about $50 deposit when you check in. This deposit money is to account for any additional damage, cleanliness, etc. They will return it eventually after your staying. Anyway, overall we have a positive experience staying in this hotel. Will come back when we have chance..

Place is very clean, service is great, staff is very helpful (Tuan, Tung, Hong)and courteous. Food is excellent. Will recommend to friends. Music entertainment by Hang is excellent. The location is good and close to several amenities.

Had a great stay at the Halong Plaza. Room was big and clean. Had to put 1,000,000 dong deposit on our card which was given back when we left. Staff were very friendly and helpful, when we arrived at the hotel all our clothes had been wet from the bus and the staff contacted a local who washed and pressed the clothes for us and delivered back to the hotel the next morning. Breakfast provided a lot of options, pool was not in use but the spa was and when we left they gave me a small token for my birthday. Would recommend.
